IN STORE PURCHASES

• In store purchases must be brought back within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be unused, unworn, have original tags attached and accompanied by the receipt. Items can be exchanged in store or you will be issued a store credit via gift card. Bodysuits, swim, shoes and accessories are final sale. Clearance items are also final sale items.

 ONLINE ORDERS

• Returns for online orders can be done at any location. You will be issued back a refund to the original form of payment. If making an exchange please email us so we can further assist you. If mailing back please ship back to the return address below.
• If you have any questions regarding a return please email us at info@eyecandystores.us
• Items shipped back must be returned within 14 days of the postmark date on deliveries otherwise items will not be accepted. A $7.50 charge will be deducted from any return for shipping costs. 
• Return items must have original tags attached, must not be damaged or stained, must be free of any make up and deoderant stains. Must be unwashed, and unworn.
• If there are any damages or defects to purchase we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving package to make an exchange.
